Terms Of Use
General
These terms of use regulate the legal relationship arising between FCD OÜ, registry code 14892278 (Trader) and the person who made the purchase (Client) in the purchase-sale of the products in the www.finecanvasdesign.eu sales environment (e-store).
In addition to these conditions the legal relationships arising from the distribution of products via the e-store are regulated by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
The company may change the terms of use of the e-shop and the prices of products and services. Transactions are subject to conditions and prices applicable at the time of the transaction.
Price
The prices of the products sold in e-store are indicated on the product pages. Sale prices are listed on the product page, both the original and the discount price. In case of the existence of a discount code the discount of the product will be calculated after entering the discount code in the basket.
The delivery fee in accordance with the delivery method chosen by the Client in the course of formalising the order is added to the price of the products. The manner of delivery will be chosen and the delivery charge calculated in the basket.
Payment
The Client will pay for the purchases made in the Web environment (e-store) 100% in advance.
For orders, you can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) with Stripe and PayPal. Payment takes place in a secure environment outside the e-store – when paying by credit card in the secure environment of Stripe Inc (https://www.stripe.com/) and in case of PayPal payments in the PayPal secure environment respectively. The Trader does not have access to the Client’s bank and credit card details.
Delivery
The e-store delivers products worldwide. Products will be delivered to the customer by DPD courier, DPD pickup point and Express Mail Service (EMS). The Client will pay for the costs arising from the delivery of the Products. The Trader will complete the orders, incl. hand over to the post office for dispatch within five working days from the confirmation of the order at the latest. The arrival of the product to the Client depends on the postal service. DPD shipments can be tracked in the DPD tracking environment: https://www.dpd.com/tracking/

Returns
Products purchased from our e-store can be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery notification. Please note refunds are made based on the value of the products returned and do not include shipping costs.
If the returned product is damaged and the damage is not caused by non-targeted use or by circumstances that are caused by FCD OÜ, FCD OÜ has the right to offset the decrease in the value of the product that you have paid for and you will be refunded the difference. FCD OÜ will send you a statement.

Complaints
Complaints and issues associated with FCD OÜ should be addressed to info@finecanvasdesign.eu or contact form https://www.finecanvasdesign.eu/contact/. According to the Consumer Protection Act, FCD OÜ is under obligation to accept your complaint and issue a written response within 15 days. In case the Client and Trader do not reach an agreement regarding the dispute, the Client has the right to use the European Union Online Dispute Resolution procedure at http://ec.europa.eu/odr/.
Privacy
By using e-store you give clear and voluntary consent to processing your personal data under the conditions provided for in this agreement. The personal data is stored in a customer database and in strictly used for sales purposes only. The personal information necessary for the delivery of goods has only been forwarded to the extent strictly necessary. The data about the client and their order that is stored in the orders’ environment of the e-store are treated as confidential information. We will not disclose the information to third parties.
The E-store offers secure online purchases. The Trader does not have access to the Client’s bank and credit card details, credit card and Paypal payments are processed in the secure environment of Stripe Inc (https://www.stripe.com/) and in case of PayPal payments in the PayPal secure environment respectively.
